Suit Negozi Eu offers a straightforward return process, allowing you to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your luxury fashion items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your personal account on the Suit Negozi Eu portal and select the specific order and items you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and dust bags are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery information.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
